By accessing or using TrustSleep ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Description of Service
TrustSleep is a sleep performance leaderboard that integrates with Whoop devices. Our Service allows users to:
- Connect their Whoop account to share sleep data
- View their sleep performance metrics
- Compete on a public leaderboard with other users
- Share their sleep performance via public profile pages
Whoop Data Usage
By connecting your Whoop account to TrustSleep, you:
- Authorize us to access your sleep data through the Whoop API
- Understand that your sleep metrics will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard
- Acknowledge that you can revoke this access at any time through your Whoop account settings
- Confirm that you have the right to share this data
TrustSleep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whoop. Whoop is a registered trademark of Whoop, Inc.
User Accounts
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate or falsify sleep data
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrustSleep and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.
User Content
By providing content to our Service (such as social media usernames), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The data displayed will be accurate or complete
- Any defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTSLEEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustSleep and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
